What using Networktraining means

By browsing networktraining.de or following its tutorials, you accept that you are reading independent educational material and that you will use it under these terms. Questions about them can go to [email protected].

Education, not professional security advice

Articles on networking, cybersecurity and IT training are general learning material. They are not security advice for your particular organisation, a substitute for a qualified assessment or a promise that a configuration is safe. Networks, software versions and company policies differ, so a command that works in a lab may cause an outage in production. Test in a safe environment, keep backups and get authorisation before changing systems you do not own. Never apply security techniques to networks or devices without the owner’s permission, and follow the law where you live. Study tips and certification comments carry no guarantee of exam results or employment.

Who owns the content

The text, structure and original diagrams on Networktraining belong to the operator or are used with permission. You may read the pages, quote brief passages with a clear attribution and share links. Copying complete tutorials, republishing them or using them in paid material requires written permission.

Responsible conduct on the site

Do not scan, probe or attack the site, flood it with automated requests, upload malware or use it to distribute spam. Do not use what you learn here to harm others. We may block access where needed to protect the site and its readers.

What you send us

When you submit a correction, question or topic idea, you confirm that you may share it and that it contains no confidential employer data. We may act on a suggestion when it helps the tutorials, and we are not obliged to answer it or print it.

Ads, affiliate links and outside resources

Networktraining may show advertising and may include affiliate links, which can earn the operator a commission at no extra cost to you. A commission never decides what a tutorial recommends or how a tool is described. Articles may point to vendor documentation, training providers, lab software, hardware retailers or security tools. Those sites sit outside our control, and we cannot vouch for their content, prices, downloads or availability, so check them carefully before installing or buying anything.

Warranties and liability

Networktraining is offered in its current state, without a promise that it will always be online. As far as the law permits, the operator does not promise that content is complete, current or uninterrupted, and is not liable for loss, downtime or data damage resulting from following the tutorials. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory law or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and severability

Tutorials, tools and these terms may be altered whenever the operator sees fit, and a revised version applies from the moment it is posted. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
